1. Data controller

2. What data we keep

• Account: your email address and your encrypted password (handled by Supabase; we never see your password).
• Subscription: the status of your plan, renewal dates and your Stripe customer ID.
• Licence: your personal licence key and whether it is active.
• Payments: processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Custom orders: if you order a custom component, the name, email, company, description, links and reference files you send us, to prepare your quote and the work.

3. What we use it for

Only to provide the service: to identify you, know which plan you have, generate and validate your licence, charge your subscription and reply to your messages. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

4. Providers that process data for us

• Supabase: accounts and database.
• Stripe: payments, invoices and customer portal.
• Netlify: website hosting.

5. Storage in your browser

The app stores your preferences in your browser (language, accent colour, favourites, lists and Canvas Studio projects) together with your account session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account. If you delete it, we erase your data except what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or for a copy of it, by writing to [tu-email@tudominio.com]. You can also file a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
