1. Who we are

HISE Forge is a service by Carlos Prats ([Tu país]). You can write to us at [tu-email@tudominio.com].

2. The service

HISE Forge is a web library of interface components for HISE with live preview, HiseScript code to copy and the Canvas Studio editor. With a free account you can view and try every component and copy the code of the ones marked as free. With a paid subscription (Basic or Pro) you can copy the code of the components your plan includes and you receive a personal licence key. What each plan includes is shown in the plans window before you pay.

3. Your account

• You need a valid email address to create your account. You are responsible for keeping your password secret.
• Your account and licence key are personal: do not share or publish them.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the licence.

4. Subscription and payments

• Paid plans are charged in advance, monthly or yearly. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
• If the offer includes a free trial, it only applies the first time and you are charged when it ends unless you cancel before.
• Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.
• You can cancel at any time from My account → Manage subscription. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
• You can change plans from the website; Stripe adjusts the price proportionally.
• Which components each plan includes may change over time (especially during the beta). You can keep using the code you already copied under the Licence.
• Refunds: [Define your policy here, for example: “periods that have already started are not refunded, unless the law requires it”].
• Prices may change; we will let you know in advance and the change will apply from your next renewal.

5. Acceptable use

You may not copy the library in bulk or by automated means, resell or redistribute the components as a library or template, or try to get around the protections of the service. Using the code inside your plugins is governed by the Licence.

6. Intellectual property

The components, their code, the designs and the HISE Forge brand belong to Carlos Prats. Your subscription gives you a licence to use them, not ownership. HISE is an open-source project by Christoph Hart; HISE Forge is not affiliated with it.

7. Availability and warranties

We work to keep the service always available and the code working in current versions of HISE, but it is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that it works in every version of HISE or that it is free of errors. If you find a bug, write to us and we will look into it.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to what you have paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost sales or lost data.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in an important way, we will let you know by email or in the app. If you keep using the service after the change, you accept it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Tu país]. [State the competent courts here].
